This complex concentrated alloy (CCA) with nominal composition Al1 Co0.298 Cr0.319 Cu0.106 Fe0.277 Ni0.128 is a predominantly face-centered cubic (FCC) austenitic alloy system within the multi-principal element alloy research space, incorporating Al, Co, Cr and 3 additional elements. Key properties include exceptional room-temperature ductility, high work hardening rate, and good corrosion resistance in aggressive media.
