説明
AA 7075 is the most iconic high-strength aerospace aluminum alloy, containing 5.1–6.1% zinc, 2.1–2.9% magnesium, and 1.2–2.0% copper, achieving yield strengths exceeding 500 MPa in T6 temper. It provides an exceptional strength-to-weight ratio that made it the benchmark aerospace structural alloy since its development in 1943, though it requires careful temper selection to manage stress corrosion cracking susceptibility. Applications include aircraft structural components, military equipment, bicycle frames, and high-performance sporting goods.
